Parcel delivery
Most products ship as parcels, including our 8 ft acoustic panels, geometric panels, self-adhesive tiles, SPC flooring boxes and mantel shelves. Delivery usually takes [CONFIRM: days] business days after dispatch.
8 ft panel cartons are about 96 in long. Carriers treat them as large packages, so please make sure someone can receive a long box.
Freight delivery and pickup
Items 9 ft and longer are too long for standard parcel carriers. This includes our 9 ft acoustic panels, 9.5 ft PVC wall sheets and 9.5 ft WPC panels. These ship by freight [CONFIRM: curbside or room of choice] or can be collected from our California showroom. We’ll contact you to schedule the delivery or pickup.

Checking your delivery
